    Believe it or not, there are many people in the military with a medical condition that would be declared invalid. How are exceptions.

    Note: I am a former Marine. I had health problems that require a waiver. I had eczema in the armed forces. Before time to time in the neck.   5. You are not going to be OK. I'm in the army, and I have eczema on the back of my neck and my right thumb. If it is really bad, steroid cream to him, are not excluded, however, give.
