Generic Sleep Aids I've Been Taking Massive Doses Of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) Every Night For Months- What Is This Doing To Me?

I've been taking massive doses of benadryl (diphenhydramine) every night for months- what is this doing to me? - generic sleep aids

I mg for amounts up to 400 or 800th L 'every night since about July. This was usually in the form of generic Benadryl or sleep aids generic (diphenhydramine, too). What kind of damage could harm my body?

  1. I am assuming that you use as an aid to sleep and not recreation.

    Heart damage is the great danger. It increases the heart rate and is also a sodium channel blocker. The possibility of an injury or abnormal tissue is of importance. Damage to the liver and brain damage (?) Are both possibilities, but if you are healthy and not on other drugs, and it feels good I would call an acceptable risk.

    Then there are the more mundane risks. Cognitive impairment, fatigue, depression and withdrawal of all the things you can do it. My recommendation is to reduce the dose gradually to avoid a rebound effect and an alternative if you can, perhaps, to find alternatives to keep their low tolerance. Green tea, opium and movement are of course all natural resources are the best for your health.

  2. These doses are also important, a large amount of activity in doses of anticholinergics as ridiculously high. If you are not really sick, then I suppose you have been tolerant. It is very unusual to receive up to 800 mg of diphenhydramine in less than 6 months, but I am unsure how he managed received such high doses.

    The effects can be very ill or may, at this dose was lethal.

  5. From what I understand blocking histomene Benadryl. It was the first FDA approved antihistamime (adopted in 1946 [a great quantity of materials, assuming that it would probably be unwilling to take, they call] are acquired, not to say that this is detrimental and should be blocked.
    I recommend you stop taking Benadryl, in my opinion, is one of the worst alergins ant never used. Here are some reasons why you might reconsider taking such high doses;
    • gastrointestinal disorders (eg gastritis, pylorospasme, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis)

    • The genitourinary disorders (eg cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis)

    • respiratory diseases (asthma, chronic bronchitis)

    • Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's disease, such as medication side effects

    I recommend you stop taking the medication. I would probably recommend that you use once every two weeks, anyway. I think you have allergies, if any, other drugs with fewer side effects IaI'm sure.
    (I have tried Benadryl for allergies, for some reason, I get depressed and do not want to do something (which drowsiness is common). I have not been tested against other allergens, so that I can not recommend anything. I suggest You go to the doctor () well and see what he has to say.)
    If your doctor has prescribed for you, this dose, perhaps you should think that at worst, screaming, and the filing of an action is best. It clearly states: "The maximum amount of Benadryl that you should take a period of 24 hours, is 300 mg."
